These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and laki55 ("laki55," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at laki55.biz. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances held across all associated accounts.

Upon successful registration, laki55 will create a personal account for you. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your laki55 account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested.

You must not share your account access with any third party, including family members. laki55 will treat all activity conducted using your credentials as having been carried out by you personally.

Deposits: All deposits made to your laki55 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the deposit account holder differs from the laki55 account holder — are not permitted. laki55 may return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources without processing them.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests at laki55 are subject to the following conditions:

laki55 reserves the right to void any bet under the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed as the result of a palpable error in odds, including odds that were materially different from fair market value at the time the bet was accepted.
• The bet was placed using information that was not publicly available at the time of placement (insider information).
• The event to which the bet relates has been cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement period, or abandoned.

laki55 uses commercially reasonable means to settle bets accurately and promptly following the conclusion of each event. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the laki55 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any laki55 content without express prior written consent from laki55.

Any unauthorised use of laki55 intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, laki55 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the laki55 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures.

laki55's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to laki55 in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

laki55 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may periodically affect platform availability. laki55 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

• The player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• Continuing to maintain the account would expose laki55 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The player has engaged in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.

Where an account is closed by laki55 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, laki55 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance, including real-money funds, pending investigation and, where appropriate, to recover any losses suffered by laki55 as a result of the player's conduct.

laki55 operates under an international gaming licence. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the laki55 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the terms of the applicable international gaming regulatory framework under which laki55 holds its licence.

laki55's decisions on matters of bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account status are final and binding, subject only to this formal dispute process. Players agree not to pursue legal action against laki55 without first exhausting the internal dispute resolution procedure described in this section.

laki55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, laki55 will notify registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
